Linking Interpersonal Needs and Employee Productivity [Webinar]

What are interpersonal needs and why do they matter? What happens when people don’t get their interpersonal needs met at work, and how does that influence their behavior? From a big-picture perspective, how does it affect organizational productivity? And how can you find out what is going on in your organization? All these questions are not only relevant to talent management, but pertinent to organizational success and employee engagement. Yet without basic knowledge of interpersonal needs and the behaviors related to them, issues between employees will continue to arise.
